Many years ago, when Brian Brieter was in Law School, a mutual acquaintance of ours commented that Brian was going to be a great Lawyer. The person making the comment was a prominent member of our community who knew lawyers. I saw the person making the comment recently and reminded him of what he had said about Brian back in the day. We both are really impressed about Brian's very successful law career and the legions of people he had helped over the years. Every time I need a lawyer I ask Brian what he thinks and he very carefully takes the time to listen and advise me. It impresses me that very often he has advised me for free. In addition, He has referred me to other lawyers because it was away from his area of expertise. Brian very clearly lays out a road map and strategy with different alternatives, makes sure to put you at ease and assure you that things will be alright. Brian is tenacious, bright, thoughtful and a great communicator. He has an uncanny ability to keep things light with his sense of humor yet he is very serious about achieving his clients goals! I am not easily impressed, but I highly recommend Brian Brieter to anyone needing legal advice!

I have worked closely with Brian and his fellow lawyers. They do amazing work and have helped my patients get compensated for their injuries. I take emergency room call and have many trauma patients who ask for a referral to a lawyer to help them. I work with many lawyers because of my work at level 1 trauma centers, and they are by far the best. Patient reported settlement and jury awarded results that are significantly higher. Recently, I also had a patient get injured and had a grossly disfigured nose. Her insurance denied her treatment at the time of her injury, wanted her to follow up and get treatment at the insurance facility. They guaranteed that she would be expeditiously seen and treated. She was discharged from the emergency room and called her insurance right away. They told her that they wouldn't be able to see her for a week. I was driving on my way to work last June when a ride sharing service car cut me off trying to make a right turn from the middle lane, struck my car and ultimately ending up pushing me into another vehicle. My car was deemed totaled and I was at a loss at what steps to take next. After a recommendation from a coworker to pursue legal action I was introduced to Brian. From our very first meeting I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I had never been in an accident before and really felt quite helpless. I was deemed "ok" by the medics when they arrived but was still in severe pain after the accident. They truly were focused on me getting better and always checked in throughout the whole process anytime I had a question or concern. Whether it be by email, phone, or even texting on Brians personal cell they were always available to me. When I first met with Brian he was confident that he would win my case and gave me an idea of what my settlement amount could be. Well not only did he WIN but he more than doubled the initial amount AND was able to reduce ALL of my medical bills. This whole process (minus the accident) was a breeze! Brian will forever be my personal injury lawyer and I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

In October of 2013, I was crossing the street near my own home in LA when I was hit by an SUV. Nothing can prepare you for something like that. The is no step by step guide for what to do next. All I knew is I needed help. I needed someone to help me go through this as the car that hit me did not call for help and did not report what happened. The driver also did not give me any information other than a name and phone number which went straight to voicemail every time I tried calling. I was clearly hurt, I was limping and falling and since no one arrived at the scene when I was hurt, I was basically advocating for myself, which I found out, is VERY difficult to do after such a traumatic event. The moment the orthopedic doctor laid eyes on me, he inquired why no one was helping me go through this. I didn't even realize what I was going through was wrong. I didn't even realize I needed help. My orthopedic doctor let me know I needed 3 MRIs. The sooner the better. Unfortunately, since I was going through my own insurance, the doctor informed me I could receive the referrals for MRIs maybe by January of the following year. I bursted into tears in the orthopedic doctor's office. I already wasn't sleeping because of the pain. My body was no longer my own. No one seemed to care. I knew I needed help. That evening, in my desperation, I turned to Yelp after googling for the best lawyer in LA. When I found Brian Breiter's page, every review I read was truthful and positive. The more reviews I read, the more it became clear: this was a team who cared. I figured that my situation couldn't get any worse that what happened that day in the orthopedic doctor's office. I took a chance and I called them. I am so glad I did. Although I was scared, hurt, confused, unsure of what to do, they believed me and were willing to meet with me. I walked into Brian's office, limping with 2 young children in tow. The minute I saw Brian and Marc, they believed me and were willing to represent me. 15 minutes later, I was sent in an uber to a doctor and I got immediate care. It turned out I had real issues with my neck, back, my arms and my left leg. I had definitely needed more than just home care. By that evening, a plan to care for my injuries and to recover from them was set in motion. For the next FOUR YEARS, we talked about my care every step of the way. Anytime I called, anyone I spoke to knew who I was. Every time I called, the call always ended with "Don't worry about anything. Focus on getting better" and Brian absolutely delivered. I finally got the medical care I had desperately needed. Brian and Marc saw me for what I was: a young wife and mother of 2 young children whose lives have changed from this accident. The compassion and understanding is something that definitely made a difference to my family and I. Although nothing in the world can ever fix the pain I have or replace the time I lost as I continuing to recover from this accident, Brian and Marc made sure justice was delivered to my family and I. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to have found a lawyer like Brian. Brian is a great lawyer. A few years ago I was on my way to standup gig a benefit for the AA club in Orange. While en route through Cypress I was a victim of a hit and run drunk driver, the irony is not lost on me. My car was totaled and I was left unconscious, injured and in need of medical attention. After I was released from the hospital I immediately called Brian. Brian took a horrifically traumatic moment in my life and made it a lot easier. He managed the insurance, hospital and ambulance phone calls and worked diligently to resolve my case fast. Since then, whenever anyone is in need of a personal injury attorney I don't hesitate to refer them to Brain, simply because he's the best and gets results. I hope no one has to go through what I went through, but if you do leave it up to Brian he's a professional.

I was bitten in the face by a Bull Mastiff. For those of you who do not know what that is it's a very large dog. He took a chunk right out of my face. I bled horribly and was rushed to the ER where I received well over 100 stitches in my face. I was referred to Mr Breiter and his team by a longtime friend who I deem trustworthy and knowledgable. After arranging what seemed to be almost an immediate meeting the day after the incident Brian formulated a precision game plan, recommended an evaluation of my face by a top plastic surgeon, and also asked if I thought I might need any kind of therapy to assist me in what could possibly be a fear of dogs in the future. He coached me well for the deposition. He went head to head with the heartless insurance company representing the dog's owner who was careless. Brian fought hard for me. I remember being so impressed by the amount of respect he commanded for the defendant's lawyer. Brian has swagger. He's got style. He's got the know-how to get the job done. He did not rest until all of my bills were paid and I walked away with a very nice settlement. I definitely have a scar to show for it but as they say, when life gives you lemons, call Brian Breiter. I'd give 100 stars if I could. Seriously.
