Ron was Amazing! He was confident immediately from the first interaction that he could take on the case. Ron was very upfront and told us how he would handle the case. My case was unique because I was convicted by the military court system, and it occurred outside of Florida. His great communication skills were able to clearly convey complex legal concepts to prosecutor and judge. This has never happened where the prosecutor agreed , and we were able to get it done without a hearing. Ron Kleiner successfully represented me in my challenge to remove the requirement that I be listed on the Florida Sex Offender Registry (SRO). My only regret is not hiring Ron sooner. Had I reached out to him earlier, my registration requirement could have ended several years ago. I had consulted with several attorneys over the years and was always told, "There is no way to be removed from the registration requirement." In many aspects of life, not just attorneys, people have a tendency to overpromise and underdeliver. Ron is the opposite of that. He is always committed to communicating every possible scenario, even if it is unlikely to make sure that if anything were to go wrong, it does not come as a surprise. But because he is committed to his clients, I would be surprised if those unforeseen scenarios ever occur. By the time we got to court, I couldn't help but smile while he was arguing my case because it was quickly obvious that we had it locked up. When I hired Ron Kleiner a couple years ago he had been recommended by a BSO officer to whom I had been reporting on required SO registry for about 20 years . Ron's genuine honesty and compassion were only a prelude to his competence and thorough unrelenting approach in matters of the courts. Ron Kleiner is beyond excellent! Consulted with Ron in April of 2024 and by July 2024 we were in court and I was removed from the SO registry. Ron was always up front about the chances of being removed from the registry would solely depend upon the judge. Ron came prepared for a long hearing having never appeared in this county. However, due to his success in the Whitehead appeal and my personal situation the motion for removal was granted in under 30 minutes! I cannot say enough great things about Ron.
