Ashley and Marc represented my boyfriend in a drug case. These two individuals are sharks in human form. They were so passionate about the case and they were able to gain leverage on the government in ways no other lawyer would have. Because they have been in the field so long they know the behavior of all the prosecutors, judges, and even probation officers. Ashley and Marc connections are superb and to use another firm would be asinine in my opinion. The money we spent hiring them was well worth it at the end of the day. Case results: sentenced to 36 months and only did 14 months at a camp in Miami. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks guys!!

I recently had the opportunity of witnessing David Markus, his partner, Margo Moss, and his associate Todd Yoder successfully defend a case, in the Middle District of Florida. As I reflect on the trial itself, and without diminishing the efforts of the government’s attorneys, David and his team were, in a word, amazing!!! Every argument / piece of evidence / testimony presented by the government, was surgically dissected, and discredited, in terms of the charges, during the cross examinations. David and his team were extremely well prepared, and presented their arguments in ways that engaged the jury, as well as the judge. I can’t begin to attest to my knowledge of the Law and past cases, but I don’t think Rule 29 is enforced very often. I would recommend David and his Firm, to anyone seeking the BEST trial defense possible.
