I would like to thank Randy for helping my family when our dad unexpectedly passed away, he answered all our questions and handled our estate with the upmost professionalism . Till this day he still remains in contact to see how we are doing .

Chalik and Chalik was there for me on day one!! Jason Chalik I would have to say is amazing! My case was very complicated due to the fact I didn't report injury in the 14 day window ( laws of Florida). I had a accident where a Uber driver hit me, at first I didn't know I was hurt. When I started having pain in my neck, down my arm and into my hand with numbness I knew this was something bad, Jason sent me to the best medical team around! I was found with a broken wrist, and herniated disk needing 2 total disc replacements in my neck. Did I mention I'm only 35..... Jason went against what I would think some very big players and he was able to win my settlement for 170,000. Did I mention not going to court which was a huge chance for 0! he and his team are amazing, as for Jason he is a Angel in disguise he was there for me whenever I needed to cry and needed direction he was more than just a " Lawyer" he actually cares about his clients! Chalik and Chalik did not accept anything but the best for my case. They listened to my needs and were there checking to see how I was doing before and after surgery. When it came to negotiating my medical bills and dealing with the insurance companies they were able to give me the settlement I deserved not what the insurance company thought I deserved. I also liked that if I had a question they would explain in detail so I would understand. Jason and Debi Chalik are amazing people. I recommend them to anyone that wants their case to be a priority. Regardless of their caseload they always made me feel like I was their only case answering emails, phone calls etc. When filing for trial they wasted no time Debi Chalik jumped right in and filed paperwork to get the ball moving. She is a go-getter. Mr. Chalik I learned was also injured in a car accident and he knew the daily struggle and pain I experienced. I found Chalik and Chalik by googling them. I called a few different lawyers and received a phone call almost immediately.
