Very unprofessional and condescending admin answering their phones. Sarcastic and impolite. This place is clearly in the same vein as Better Call Saul, but without any edge. I wouldn't give them a dollar based on how unprofessional they are and unwilling to help. Good luck trying to ask for help or expecting it.
