Hoy día, Mayo 23 del 20016 estuve en esta oficina para recibir ayuda para mi ciudadanía americana. El personal del frontdesk fue super amable. Estuve esperando desde las 10.20 a.m hasta la 1.00 p.m por la señora Esperanza Montalvan, la cual me atendió raudamente y de una vez y sin delicadeza alguna me contestó que ella no estaba en ese puesto para revisar ningún documento ( yo llevaba todo hecho. Solo quería supervision autorizada), y quien mejor que ella. También quería cobrar 100.00 ,por un servicio; que si mal no fui informada, ellos brindaban gratuitamente. Mi queja es por su forma ruda de atenderme. Me fui, sin resolver mi situación. Deberían hacerle un llamado de atención a dicha señora.

I loved working with Robert and his team. Robert was professional at all times and easily accessible. When he was not available, his colleague, Michelle Williams was! They tag teamed my file and helped me come to a peaceful and amicable resolution to my divorce. They walked me through every step of the process, letting me know what to expect and what steps were forthcoming. I really appreciated their patience and expertise. THANK YOU ROBERT & MICHELLE!
