I don’t know why the place has bad reviews, if you come with patience and a good attitude everyone treats you right. I’ve been coming here since 2013 for my DACA paperwork and renewal, never had issues with the front desk, I’m always seen my Mike LeFrance and always had a good experience. If you show up by opening time there’s no wait time… if you show up after that of course it’s going to be busy so come with patience if you’re not willing to wake up early.

No answers the phone...and the vm is always full.

These people don't answer their phones. They are rude and all they want is money. Do not truly want to help you. All they are looking for is a way to charge you. They don't help low income BEWARE Theifs And SCam artists
