My family and I had the pleasure of working with Daniel and his team a few years ago. My husband held several O1 visas sponsored by previous employers. When it game time to apply for a green card, we chose Daniel over other attorneys we had worked with. Other attorneys would not return calls or e-mail communications. However, Daniel was always available to respond to our (many) questions in a timely manner. This is so very important, especially with sensitive matters like this. Highly recommend Daniel and his team.

Misleading about risks and benefits of applying, as well as fees included. Beware of all the contract details before paying the firm. Beware the treatment received might be different before and after your payment.
The process was not conducted openly as promised. The lawyer "timeline" was worst than my constructor predictions. From "97% chance of approval" before applying we went to "its just bad luck,", after receiving a denial. And for reaplying with the same material? More lawyer fees.
