Mr. Perez has poor communication skills, treated me with arrogance, and didn't take the time to read the provided resources or explain himself. His office staff is rude and treats people like commodities. Before I could ask a question or schedule an appointment with the scheduler, Layla, I was required to provide all my contact information, regardless of my consent. When I shared this with Mr. Perez, he responded with retaliatory threats to the extent of making up an alleged report to the FBI instead of showing leadership and resolving the issue. Very poor ethics, unworthy of the license. I should file a formal complaint to the BAR.

I couldn’t have asked for this situation to be handled any better. Going through an accident isn’t easy. Having as much security and help possible is very much needed. That is exactly what Erik and Natalia did for me. I was very impatient and didn’t know much about the process, but they stayed very professional and were there to answer all of my questions and kept me up to date on everything. Erik even helped me out and lowered the lawyer fees because the at faults insurance limits were so low and if it weren’t for that i would’ve been in the red coming out of this process. Very genuine people and want you to get paid the most money possible! If you want peace of mind through and already unfortunate process, this is the place to be. Thank you all!
