I was found not guilty and I owe it all to Scott. Last week, the state dropped all charges and Scott Kotler was the reason why. He had a great ability to show the state that I was not guilty and through Scott’s hard work and dedication. I now have a sense of relief. I would recommend him to anyone who has been charged with a crime. Thank you for literally saving my life because a record will seriously hurt in the long run!

Scott went to bat for me at every court appearance of mine. He was exactly the type of attorney that I needed: a straight shooter. Was up front and very clear about what to expect from the entire process. But what made Scott and his assistant Jennifer stand above the other attorneys I have used In the lay was the way they both cared and the way they treated me like family. Scott had to make many court appearances for me for not just the initial charges, and then worked with me after I violated my probation and told me what I needed to hear. He was able to get me into a rehabilitation center through the judge and the courts, which I needed more than I was willing to admit. However he didn’t beat around the bush and he let me know I did need to make changes in my life and I had to put the work in myself as well. There was a point when I realized that he cared for my well being as a also became my friend during the entire process of me getting my life back on track and wasn’t afraid to call a spade a spade. Since then I followed his advice as well as started to take my life more serious as to what I was gonna to have to do to get the results he was fighting for me to get. He got me off of probation early as well as helped me get off of probation almost two years early because I followed his legal advice and started to see that he did care for me and my well being. He was also very communicative with both me and my mother about what we had to do on our part. Having an attorney who goes to bat for you and has your best interests as well as your life to be on a better track as his main goals was a far cry from the other lawyers I had dealt with in the past and on this case specifically. I had another attorney for this specific case for the first year and once I realized that lawyer wasn’t going to go to bat for me I smartened up and reached out to Scott which was on of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I would probably still be on probation and deservedly so had I not retained Scott and his services. His assistant Jennifer is also great as she was always available and able to help any time Scott was busy in court or with other clients. They are broth amazing and I highly recommend Scott Koetler to anyone looking for a real homegrown Miami native who doesn’t show or say anything unless it’s what he truly believes as well as stands for. Words can’t explain how thankful and appreciative I am of Scott.
