Called and tried to get the answer to a simple question. They asked for information I provided police report and descriptions etc. Then again on the phone with someone. then through email the same repetitive questions I already answered. They never got back to me to tell me yes or no to a simple question.

I called them a few days after my incident. They took my information and they emailed me a Retainer that I couldn’t open. I called back a month later (I was too busy), and they didn't even have my information. I had to do it all over again. Well, it turned out I DO NOT HAVE A CASE NOW, all that after they called my cell phone 28 TIMES (saved it all) and left me voicemails AND texted me 16 times (saved it too). Incompetents and a bunch of unprofessionals, to say the least! I SHOULD HAD BLOCKED THEM! I should SUE them just for being ANNOYING and leaving TOO MANY VOICEMAILS (saved them too).
