I had worked with Judith Ramos during my divorce which spanned over a year. I could always reach out and ask questions, responsive and attentive to my needs where I felt she fought for what I deserved. I couldn't recommend D&A more.

The laws firm has affordable prices ,but in my case the lawyer has not much experience, she was not aggressive and she did not do a good job at all. I lost my case because she did not prepare my case enough I had evidence, proof that she did not take in consideration ending loosing my case. I am confident that another lawyer with experience, dedication and preparation could win.

I wrote this review not to bash or in a negative feeling but to express my true experience working with Davis and Associates firm. Especially to help those who are in desperate need of mercy and grace while you are trying to do the right thing in the right way. Also in search of sincere and honest lawyers instead. I worked with Ms. Ramos from October 2023 to June 5, 2024. To bring back my 3 boys their mother took them out of the state without my permission to hurt me more while we were going thru separation. And I am so glad Ms. Ramos filed a motion to withdraw from the case to continue representing me. After I criticized her work and performance in representing me. Additionally, they would also continue to get a $600 passive monthly income including the retainer they took to start the case with. Not really sure if Ms. Ramos is a part owner of the firm because I wanted to talk to her supervisor or the firm lawyer manager, but I was told by david and michelle she is a part owner. Because whenever I need to talk to her in a clear clarification or advice, she always sounds busy and in a hurry about how she has a case, and a court, hearing here and there or said just send me an email. The worst thing is she sounds like she was on the other side representing my kids mother. The only good thing say saying about the case is when she confront my kids moher lying on the paper work saying that she is still in Miami, Otherwise, this is all but business greed, heartless, lack of services/customer service skils, lack of delegation, empathy and hard work, She doesnt sounds like a 20 years of experience as the firm advertised.

David was very professional from the initial consultation to the end of the case. Exceptional service and very knowledgeable.

Rude not professional they only care about taking your money they're not in it for the thrill the compassion and love that comes with being an attorney very disappointed

I fist spoke to David and lied about the attorneys history practicing law. The attorney Ramos was extremely rude and was yelling at me. Once they take your money they call you back 48 hours later. When I asked to please not yelling at me she said NO! I will not stop yelling, so we parted ways. Typical Miami attitude. They did not do anything for me except take my money. They filled the wrong stuff and now I have to redo everything with a different attorney. Very unprofessional and extremely sad they represent family law. I will be making a formal complaint to the bar. Would not recommend this firm if it’s the last one on the list. If there was a negative five stars they would get it.

I'm very happy with the service at Davis & Associates, specifically with Judith Ramos. She listened to me and fought hard for me on what was fair & right. If you are looking for someone who will get this job done at a very reasonable price, look no further! Thank you!
