I was a victim of a real bad paralegal service that left me with three B2 extension DENIALS as well as a much waited B2 to F1 change of status so I could start my college studies. I was crying and desperate, my world had collapsed because I also had an amazing Sponsorship case being pursued and all would have been lost! Attorney Iara Morton drafted 4 super strong and very well corroborated Motions to Reopen and all have been granted and my lawful status has now been reinstated. Exceptional Results! We hired attorney Iara Morton after having my wife’s EB1 Extraordinary Ability case denied! We were totally devastated because our former attorney had also failed to file our B2 extensions. Therefore, my wife and I and our twins were out of status and the twins were about to turn 21! Attorney Iara Morton changed my fate around and my wife and I will be forever grateful! We wasted years with an attorney who kept extending my Stays of Removal but never went ahead with the Waiver process. We were then recommended to her and finally we saw progress: she got me two waivers approved (i212 and i601A—she’s an amazing writer!!). And even after a Removal officer here in Minnesota told me to come back with a ticket to return to my country, she also turned that situation around and got me yet a new Stay of Removal granted. When I was finally called for the consular interview in Rio (over a month ago) they kept me there for a few weeks because at first the consular officer said that I was still subject to a 5-year Bar. Again, Iara Morton promptly wrote to the US Consulate and I then did get my Visa stamped and I’m already back in the US with my wife and kids. I couldn’t be happier! Had we known of her years earlier, I’d have had my case approved so much faster, without any i212 and Stays, like many of her other clients. She’s 100% reliable and truly puts her heart on her cases. I had the great privilege to see Iara Morton in action at my father’s individual hearing this last March 16.
