I give Iara Morton 1000 Stars! For the past 3 years Iara represented me before the immigration court and USCIS and her competence and eloquence served me extremely well. My Green Card was just approved and I’m SO happy and thankful! Iara always responded to all my questions and explained in detail about all the steps of this long process. I had consulted with 4 immigration attorneys and all told me that with a Green Card I could not petition for my husband who was a student with a F1 Visa. They said I needed to become a US Citizen first or that my husband would have to do a consular process and receive the Visa in Brazil and that would take a long time. Then a friend told me the best things about Iara Morton and I decided to consult one last time and thank God I did! Iara told me exactly the opposite of all I had heard.
