Bruce is a very knowledgeable and helpful lawyer. I felt comfortable calling him with any and all questions I had regarding my case and I always got a prompt, informative response. I felt comfortable when appearing in court with him by my side since he knows a lot of people at the court house and is obviously well respected by his colleagues. Made this whole process a lot smoother and comfortable for me. I would choose to be represented by him again if ever necessary.

I was the target of a Federal investigation almost 5 years ago. I was facing a federal prison term of up to 56 months. I was fortunate to have hired Bruce Lehr.
From the very start with Bruce Lehr, which was a meeting with the Federal Government back in 2012, Bruce Lehr provided sound advise. In the course of 58 months until this case was finally resolved March of 2017, Bruce was always available to me. Our case included numerous meeting with the Federal Prosecution team. These meeting where held in Florida, Washington D.C., and New York. Mr. Lehr was there by my side at each and every meeting.
Over the 5 years that this case went on Bruce Lehr and his team kept me abreast in a complete and thorough manner. Letting me know what to expect every step of the way. Throughout these updates he was spot on each and every time.
I was a client that went from scared, to concerned, to comfortable during this long course of time. Bruce not only represented me in a legal manner, he also showed his concern for my emotions, and ups and downs throughout.
Although initially facing a federal sentence of up to 56 months, I was sentenced in March of 2017 to 3 years Probation, and NO PRISON time. Additionally, the Judge waived any additional fine that could have been imposed, which was up to $250,000 if I'm correct.
Facing up to 56 months Federal Prison time, and a Fine of up to $250,000, I ended this terrible time in my life able to go on without prison hanging over my head, or in my future.
I am truly grateful for the professional and successful legal representation of Bruce Lehr.
I would recommend Bruce Lehr to anyone facing a legal issue and wants someone who will make you feel as if your case is the most important case he is working.

Bruce represented me in a high profile federal case. His advice to me was excellent and while I ended up serving a small prison term, I am convinced it would have been much longer and more personally devastating had I not had him representing me. He was very responsive and compassionate. I would recommend him to anyone facing the bullying tactics of the federal gvernment

bruce lehr represented me on 4 federal counts in broward county federal court i was refereed to him from a friend i met at fdc miami who told me how great of a job he did for him the federal government listed me at the head of the indictment as the master mind facing 5 to 40 years everyone i spoke to told me i should take a deal because nobody beats the feds with there 98 percent conviction rate esp on a conspiracy charge there were 2 cooperating co defendants who testified against me at trial and 3 DEA agents bruce always answered all my phone calls from jail and visited me regularly to keep me up to speed on what was going on the prosecutor had a 2000 page discovery on me bruce did an excellent job helping me pick the right jury he had a great opening statement caught the cooperating co defendants in several lies on the stand during cross examination had the jury smiling and eager to hear his argument because they seen all the lies unfolding he out shined the prosector and DEA agents this was my first time at trial i didn't know the DEA agent would be at the table with the government helping him the whole trial bruce made a remarkable closing argument and the jury deliberated for 6 hours and came back with a not guilty verdict on all four counts i want to say thank you again for such an excellent job and bing straight forward with me from day one

I have known Bruce Lehr for over 20 years. Mr. Lehr has represented my family on two different occasions and we were very satisfied with the outcome each time! Mr. Lehr's professional and knowledgeable experience as an attorney is why I continue to use him for my legal matters. I have also turned to him on two separate occasions to write a letter to two businesses that were doing work at my home which was not completed, and both times it was a happy ending! I have prepaid legal and could have used them instead, but I chose to turn to Mr. Lehr and he did a wonderful job! I hope to never have to use an attorney again, but if I need to turn to one, Bruce Lehr is my attorney of choice!

IF I COULD GIVE HIM ZERO (0) STARS I WOULD. In my opinion and based strictly upon my personal experience as a previous client, Bruce H. Lehr is a horrible trial lawyer. He represented me in a 2004 criminal extortion case, telling me that he could easily win at trial because he felt that the State of Florida would be hard-pressed to prove the essential elements of extortion. Maintaining my innocence to this day, I let this legal bungler pump me up with confidence in his ability as a top-notch trial lawyer, with an outstanding (so he says) win-loss trial record.
He told me that I would still get probation, even if I lost the case, and that he felt he could easily prove my innocence at trial, since essentially, both parties had unclean hands. He filled me full of false hope and gave me false promises throughout the entire ordeal.
I then rejected an attractive plea offer from the State of FL and again in my opinion, Lehr was ill-prepared, and bungled my case at trial, causing me to lose and receive a three (3) year state prison sentence, plus three (3) years county jail time, and finally, last but not least, three (3) years probation, all to run consecutively.
My advice, if you value your freedom, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. In my opinion, he is a shyster, and a legal bungler and if you retain him for a criminal defense matter, you are literally playing Russian Roulette with your freedom.
