I have no words to describe the size of attorney Iara Morton’s heart, the depth of her intellect and the quality of her work! She wholeheartedly embraced my cause when I had not even paid any fees because I was going through the worst times of my life! I was broke and broken in all senses. Very long story short, Ms. Morton is an exceptional attorney and the most competent professional I have ever dealt with. I’m the luckiest person right now to have her as my lawyer. She took my case and put it ahead of all others because time was of the essence. The case she built was splendid— she’s an extraordinary writer and I’m in total awe! A friend told me to engage her and by now I have heard from so many people (including my own former immigration lawyer and my current divorce lawyer) that I’m in the best hands possible! Ms. Morton is so fast, super intense and passionate and that’s why she’s so successful. She raised me up from my lowest point. I thought there was nothing that could be done. What a God send! Iara Morton has been representing my wife and I for almost 3 years now and she’s splendid in every sense! After signing the contract to hire Carmen Arce I had severe difficulties to speak with her, she never replied to my phone calls, never called back and didn't agree to see me until 6 days before I was supposed to depart USA. I got insulted by her colleagues by phone. The lawyer herself told me by email that my case was not important to her because she was busy with other clients. Due to her recommendation and very difficult circumstances I left USA which broke up my family and left my daughter to grow up without her father. My case was denied by USCIS, not because I was not eligible to be accepted but because Carmen Arce Immig. made mistakes when filing my case. The firm was happy to charge me extra for documentation they could not even file with USCIS but they still did. As a result I now have 10 years ban to enter USA. After receiving my denial notice not once I heard from Arce herself, I repeatedly emailed her until she found a minute to reply with excuses treating me as if I was wrong. I discussed my case directly with USCIS and they confirmed that Arce Immig. made the mistakes that became fatal to my case and my case was denied. This company has huge issues with lack of professionalism and lack of attention to detail which are inevitable with immigration cases.

I was born in the US but lived in Brazil from preteen till adult age when I then returned to the US. Based on excellent recommendations, I engaged Iara Morton some 10 years ago who assisted me very efficiently in getting my daughters Green Cards, amongst other matters. 10 years later, I tried to get my daughters’ naturalization certificates on my own, having filed all papers, only to be surprised with an extensive Request for Additional Evidence who led me to go after the pro’, Iara Morton, once again. Not only did Iara remember every single aspect of our cases from 10 years earlier but she promptly dispensed the perfect legal advice making it clear that my daughters did not qualify for the benefit sought at this particular time, for justified legal reasons. Iara Morton, nonetheless, instead of offering her own legal services for the strategy she had in mind, she told me exactly what to write to USCIS in an attempt to see if, in their discretion, USCIS would entertain the possibility of still approving my daughters’ petitions. I did exactly what Iara told me to do and lo and behold, I was extremely pleasantly surprised to get APPROVALS on both cases, even though I could not satisfy the legal requirements to obtain the benefit sought. Iara Morton is extremely competent, knowledgeable, honest, helpful and she goes so well beyond… I highly recommend her services to all!

We hired her and asked for her opinion, and she just doesnt know the laws anymore. She said we could travel when we couldnt, then she said she never said that we could. Im not sure if she is just evil or a very lousy lawyer.
