I was being bullied with a frivolous lawsuit by an ex-creditor (landlord) whose debt was discharged in my bankruptcy. Prior to Attorney Zimmerer taking my case I was having quite a difficult time getting the judge to dismiss the case albeit the landlord was violating a federal court order by suing me.
