This law firm is amazing. They were incredibly helpful to me and family with our estate planning needs. Nicole and her entire staff are very responsive and take the time to explain all the nuances of the process. I highly recommend Nicole and her firm!

If i could leave less than a star i would. If you are thinking about hiring Nicole please think twice about it and beware. I just want to start by saying nicole does not have any issues taking a case that has a conflict of interest, she plays both sides. She sells you a beautiful world before you pay for her services and then after shes paid all of a sudden "i dont know" is the answer to most of the questions asked, as if probate wasnt something she did for a living. i also had to keep checking in for an update because i didnt hear from her in months.When we spoke on the phone she always rushed me off. I had to repeat my case to her so many times it was frustrating. She asked me to provide so many documents for my case to in the end not do anything with the documentation. i wasted so much time repeating things and looking for documents. When my partners death certificate was finally available in order for her to actually start working on my case, her response was "Congratulations!!!" as if it was a great thing that my lost loved ones death was finally confirmed and money was more important. After i completed my checklist in order to be appointed personal representative, she wanted to set up a meeting with opposing party without me being there ! when i denied this meeting and paying $1500 for this meeting, she tried to close my case on several occasions even after me telling her i still needed her services and i needed her to file a petition in order for me to be reimbursed for expenses ive spent on this case. When she closed my case, i asked her again that i needed the petition filed and her answer was " you need to hire another attorney" ive had bad experiences with miami lawyers before but nicole martins is by far the worst attorney i have ever came across in my life. BEWARE!

I want to start off by saying how fortunate I was to have Mark Kaire and his amazing team represent me. The team went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. I didn’t have to step foot in the office at all through my whole ordeal ( which took a whole year). That was quite convenient since my vehicle was totaled in the accident.Mark’s Legal assistant Liane Clersaint was truly God sent! You definitely would want Mark and his team fighting for you! when these insurance companies go low ( and trust they will!) you can bet they’ll go high and deliver. Everyone is kind, efficient and compassionate! It doesn’t get any better than that. You’re not just a case file or a pay out. They see and hear YOU! They work hard so you get exactly what you deserve. The icing on this lovely cake? Mark is Gator alum! Go Gators!

Choosing Nicole to assist my family with our estate planning documents was our best decision. I’ve had several bad experiences with Miami lawyers before, but working with her changed my opinion and exceeded my expectations. I have never met such an attentive, personable, and caring attorney. Her team was also very communicative and always checked in with us during the whole process. This is definitely not a firm that will ghost you for months after you pay them. Nicole and team, keep up the excellent work I will definitely be recommending your firm to everyone I know!
