Attorney Calvin Azadi is such a breath of fresh air!!! Also, women in the office who answer the calls are super nice and kind. I’ve spoken to more than 40 lawyers and I was happy with 4 of them. Attorney Calvin was the one who seemed to have it all: knowledgable, creative, professional and what’s most important, he trully dedicates his time to the client and puts a client at ease. He did not rush my consultation, even though we ended up talking for more than 1 hour (it was only supossed to be 30minutes). I understand that lawyers are extremely busy and consultations are their time and knowledge acquired in many years of studying and hard work, and I get why they should charge for it, BUT, as for me, coming from a strong customer service background, I would never hire an attorney who charges for the first consultation. In my opinion, all they are after, is the money. The good attorneys who know how to make a client feel comfortable, will 100% get EVERY client they talk to. After all, it’s all about customer service and that’s what many lawyers forget and try to scare the clients in order to get their money. Those ones will never do business with me (no matter their success rate), as they seem shady and not trustworthy). My husband and I went through an immigration process last year, Calvin was recommended to us by a friend. We had our first introductory conversation for us to explain our case and Calvin to provide guidance on the next steps as well as giving us an estimate of his fees.
