Tyson J. Kutner, Esq. was the attorney who attended me on our first consultation meeting. At that time, he thoroughly explained to me that all cases are different in terms of injuries, diagnosis, medical treatments and thus, there's no cookie cutter approach. I asked several questions which he assured me were valid and very important.
