At Mediation A Day Before My Trial He Worked His Carisma To Get A Good Deal That Was Fair For Both Us Parents & My Child Most Importanly. Sandy Has That High Profile No Nonsense Aggresive Attorney Presence Yet He’s Extremely Nice & Compassionate.

Sandy Becher just got me and my daughter thru the most dramatic and traumatic time in my life dealing with the break up of my family and the legality of my divorce proceedings. For the last year this great lawyer and person has been by my side Day and night virtually 7 days a week until all issues were resolved to my satisfaction and my family was able to cope with the transition to Co parenting from 2 different homes. Had a great experience through my journey with Martin (Sandy Assistant). With Sandy not quite great, I only met with him three maybe four times max before my trial date. He didn’t know the sex of my child nor her name. He was not supportive, nor prepared for trial. The day of trial he called me a bad mother and told my child’s father he doesn’t expect me to show up to court. Since court I have yet to hear from him about any documentation from the judge. I would only score them a two because of Martin. Sorry but I do not recommend him at all.

Jon served as an advisor to my trial attorney. Even though my trial attorney tried to stay with his own defense when I initiated the addition, he was then convinced of Jon's assistance will help him winning the case. They both worked out so well since they knew each other from law school as well as work. Their strategy finally won the trial judge and the Appeal Court judges for my case. I previously had three law firms took my money and forced me to take the plea even though I'm innocent. Jon is a thoughtful, and straightforward person. He will shot down bad ideas.

My only regret was that I did not find John sooner. My situation was very complicated and multifactor. After dealing with MANY Attorneys, John is only one that I would recommend. He told me what to expect and did not give me any false hopes. He always gave me detailed explanations of the situations at hand as well as the options.

Jon represented me for over a year in a criminal matter that could have cost me my freedom, that was the result of allegations made by a former coworker which were false. He was the second criminal attorney who represented me. The first encouraged me to "make a deal" with the district attorney and tell them what they wanted to hear in exchange for my freedom. That, obviously, was not an option as I was innocent. Jon was thoughtful and provocative in his representation. While he was gentle and steadfast in his approach, his presense in the courtroom was undeniable. The jury hung on his every word, and understood the nuances of what had occured thanks to his ability to communicate with them. There were 5 defendants in this case. I believe we were all innocent, however, 2 were convicted, one because of his own presentation to the court and the other, because of his attorney's inability to present his case. Our trial lasted for 9 weeks in Pensacola in Federal Court. Jon was not only committed to my freedom, but also to my psychological well being. He was there as an attorney and a support system. I owe him more than I could ever express.
