I found Kenneth on Avvo, it started with a basic Avvo consultation which further turned into me hiring Kenneth for his services. I appreciated his passion to help and his persistence to pursue my case. He shed some light on the matter and also offered me some alternative view points that didn't even occur to me. If I find myself in a situation again where I need legal advice I would certainly reach out to Kenneth. His number is now stored in my phone.

Mister Kenneth is the type of lawyer that you should want to keep on speed dial. He is very efficient and gets the job done promptly. He helped me avoid to file bankruptcy by getting a collection lawsuit dismissed and removed on my credit .I would recommend him to friends and family.

Kenneth has represented me personally once and two of my businesses multiple times. He has been terrific at getting dismissals and having the other side pay me for legal fees. Even in cases that he has settled in pre-suit. Also, Ive had lawyers that shook me down for every penny, nickle and dime. They billed me for each call, email, text, fax, paper clip, staple, mile even dinners. Kenneth excludes more of our phone calls than he includes, and always tells me what things to do myself. Its nice to know that your lawyers are really on your team and working for you, not just for themselves.

A long time friend of mine who is a transactional lawyer referred me to Ken. Originally, I met with him, but went with a cheaper, less experienced lawyer that I knew instead. I got sick of invoices nothing to really show as progress. He just kept saying that things take time. My friend advised me to go back and talk to Ken again, and I we reach and agreement for him to take over. He immediately filed for mediation, and then got me a very nice settlement before even going there. The first lawyer had me expecting to be mucked up in the case for years. Ken was super aggressive, very smooth talker and put it to bed in weeks. His hourly rate was and higher than the fired lawyer, but Ken got more done in way less time. Got what I paid for with both lawyers. I now know better lawyers do better work, get better results, and cost less money than cheaper ones. Also, Ken did great job helping make my main service agreement more clear and protect me better.

I have known Kenneth for a long time and hired him for multiple things. I met him years before first hiring him, which was for a bogus new employment agreement that my employer gave us all 24 hours to sign or we were fired. He figured out that the company was taking on a new client and that the new client required stronger language for confidentiality and disclosure. He believed that my company then saw as a good opportunity to also make it harder to leave the company and work elsewhere. He modified the agreement so that there was almost no non-compete at all, and so that they couldn’t retain commissions owed to me if I left before they were paid. The company accepted the modified agreement with no problem at all. I left that company, and started my own smaller but similar company. He negotiated the lease for my business and drafted all of my client and employment agreements.

When I signed up for this service, I thought I'd get a very limited and short response. Instead, Mr. Walton took time to understand my situation and provided very detailed feedback on how I should proceed. After I conversation, he even did additional research specific to my case and called me back. Wow!
