I normally do not leave reviews on anything, after the wonderful experience I had with Mr.Walton I could not keep it to myself. I called Mr. Walton's office because I needed some assistance settling a few charge offs. Not only did he help me solve my problem he also educated me on the process as well. He thoroughly explained everything to me, I have never felt more comfortable speaking to an attorney.

I hired Kenneth Walton in 3 different occasions to help us through legal process and he came out great. His advice in business and personal matters was valuable and I recommend him to anyone seeking legal help.

Of the numerous things that I spent money on in the last year, The Walton Firm was the the best. My security services business is far better because of them. Kenneth is a magnificent negotiator. He and his firm helped me resolve a contentious dispute involving my contract and the service level guarantee that could have financially ruined me. I just didn't want to get terminated and sued, instead they got me a better deal. His firm was not cheap, but very fair with their billing. The Walton Firm was worth the money from the consequences that they prevented. However, Kenneth more than paid for himself by getting me new and better terms. Wow - Mr. Walton provided excellent consultation for a for sale by owner real estate contract going wrong. Even though the issue has resolved itself for now, he still took the extra time to understand the entire situation, explain the threats possibly looming ahead, and asked me to follow up with him after closing just to make sure I am truly OK. Had a lengthy convo with Me. Walton on the issues I'm having. Mr. Walton took over my chapter 13 after I was told that I had to surrender my house or case will get dismissed. Instead we got my trustee plan and loan modification approve. I wish him was my only lawyer but glad he was the second one.

It was great working with Ken. I went to Ken because I wanted someone to help me brainstorm about starting my own business. Ken informed me on what I needed to do to create a company in the state that I live in. He explained what I needed to do to start an LLC. He discussed with me the pros and cons of creating space in my house for a home office or to lease office space. He discussed various ways for me to market my business and my skills. He also discussed ways in which I could protect my intellectual property. He has been very patient and understanding in answering my questions and explaining things to me.

Excellent Condo Law Lawyer I have been licensed in Florida as a Community Association Manager and as a Real Estate Agent for 15+ years. Additionally, I have and MBA. As such, I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of smart people in business, property management and real estate, and Ken Walton qualifies as one of the top people in all three categories. We first met when I was managing a 200 unit building in Downtown Miami. We had a warranty dispute with our fire control systems, and two vendors threatening to sue us over contracts that the developer made prior to turnover. The board president for that association was a very experienced trial attorney and recommend that the board interview Ken, due to his strong litigation skills to solve the problem. Ken negotiated a better agreement with the fire control system company. We paid nothing to the one vendor, because he found ambiguity in their contract. Surprisingly, the other vendor ended up owing the association a small amount of money. Ken was better than advertised. However, what really made him good was that he was more committed to preventing problems more than any attorney with whom I have worked. He would just call the office sometimes and ask questions or make general recommendations at no charge. Also, every year before a new law affecting associations would change, he would send an email about the change and how we should change our form letters and procedures months in advance. I definitely recommend him for anyone needing a good negotiator or litigator, and especially if it involves condo association law or homeowner association law.
