Patricia was excellent! Best customer service from an attorney that I’ve ever had. She was informative and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. She was able to max out my settlement from the other party due to a vehicle accident. I didn’t realize how simple it was to let someone take care of your insurance claim until Patricia broke it down for me. I just want to let everyone know that Tyson was remarkable!!! A++++ for his phenomenal communication skills. I’ve never had a better experience being on the client/customer side of things. I’ve been a paralegal for almost 7 years and I can be the first one to tell you (if you don’t already know) that Attorney’s are notorious for never communicating with their clients. But not this firm! Tyson would call me and message me directly when ever he needed anything or just to simply to give me updates and to discuss offers. He is very professional and hard working. His paralegal, Lisa, is amazing as well!! They get things done and quickly!!! I have to be honest that I was the one that took long when it came to submitting anything they needed but they were always so nice, patient and would always follow up.
