I am a recent client of Goldberg and Rosen. In March I was on my motorcycle on US-1 and got hit by a tourist who ran a red light. After spending 5 days in the hospital I wasn’t allowed to leave until they handed me a bill for $50,000. At the hospital I would receive random phone calls from different lawyers who had somehow acquired my phone number offering me their services. I had never dealt with lawyers before and was intimidated by the fact that I owed the hospital 50k and even though I knew the other driver ran the red, he was denying it. I was lucky that my girlfriend knew Ana Urrechaga, a Goldberg Rosen attorney. After all the weird phone calls I got from random lawyers I can only imagine what people go through when they start working with someone that they don’t even have an inkling about, and how lucky I was that my girlfriend knew Ana. When I got out of the hospital I wanted to rest and wasn’t in the mood to deal with the hospital bills but Ana came to visit me at my home to hear my story and see my injuries (I didn’t go back to work for over a month). She offered to help and I accepted because she was very professional and clearly knew what she was talking about. I’ve heard horror stories of what people have to deal with after an accident. That wasn’t my case at all. Literally, I did not have to do one thing other than give Ana all the paperwork from the accident and bills and then she handled it. What did she handle? Everything. It’s only been 4 months since my accident and the whole case has been settled, the other guys insurance took responsibility because Ana didn’t give them a choice. They paid for all my hospital bills, for my wrecked motorcycle and for all the time I missed from work and the physical injuries of being slammed into by a reckless driver and the emotional injuries of almost dying. Ana led the way and got the job done, but I also know that part of what Goldberg Rosen offers is a strong team that helped her help me. ALERT!!!!!! Attoney, Robert Salkowski is the attorney to call, not only is he down to earth, kind, friendly, honest and takes action right away, but saved me from loosing $27,500 on a Franchise scam from Craigslist. Once agreed to retain he services he didn’t even ask if I had paid, he immediately got to work, he didn’t send his paralegal to call me to give me the bad news, he texted me proof of the scam I was involved in. I highly recommend Todd Rosen. I couldn’t be happier with my out come. I was helped mostly by Diana Insignares and let me tell you, she is the best! Being in the car accident is never easy. Having to deal with lawyers and courts and doctors office and therapy and surgery is never fun. I can tell you that she walked me through every step of the way. Even when I had some issues at whatever doctors office whether they canceled to many times or weren’t taking me in fast enough, cuz I was on my lunch brake. She would not hesitate to call and get things moving. I wanted to give up on this process so many times because I get overwhelmed very easy and they made things so simple and calmed me down. I am forever grateful for that because now with what I got back I can get me a new car and take some much needed time off of work.
