Finding an attorney is a difficult task, especially in Miami. From the first conversation I had with Antonio I knew I wanted his representation. His professionalism, knowledge, and compassion impressed me. I felt I could trust him to help me with my special case. He constantly tried to get my ex husband and I to come to a joint agreement, regarding our dispute. I admired that. He was honest, calm, and during trial he did not try to intimidate the other party. I was very dubious about hiring an attorney regarding family matters, but I have to honestly say I could have not asked for anyone than him better to assist me. I was very pleased that he was my attorney. I absolutely recommend him.

I wish I did my research and found him before spending money on an attorney who did not respond to my emails and was not punctual when it came to my case. I called Mr. Pagan on a weekend and received a call back in less than 20 minutes. He took his time to explain the law to me in layman’s terms so that I fully understood what I was up against. I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Donnelly appointed as my attorney for a very serious federal case I have. From the very 1st time I spoke to him when he gave me his cell phone number and said I can always reach him to our day in court yesterday for my sentencing he has always been available to answer any questions or concerns I have had. I have no prior convictions but my charges are very serious and I was facing 10 years minimum. His vast knowledge of the federal judicial system and his honest, NO BS, NO sugarcoating way on conducting business make him an invaluable attorney to have on your side. He has been handling cases like mine for almost as long as I have been alive and he did his job so well that at my sentencing I felt like even the Attorney General was going to bat for me as much he possibly could so it was almost as if I had two defense attorneys which was amazing. As much as I wanted to hear that I wouldn't have to go to prison, I knew the likeliness of that being the outcome were slim to none. Mr. Donnelly never gave me false hope. He assured from day 1 that he would make sure I received the most minimal of punishment possible and he is a man of his word 100%!! Instead of possibly being away from my daughter and loved ones for 10+ years, I wound up being sentenced 28 months plus I have recommendation for acceptance into RDAP program when incarcerated which will reduce my sentence another year so when all said and done I should not have to be gone more than a year roughly which is beyond amazing!! Not to mention he got the court to agree to 90 day surrender date so I can finish healing from injury I sustained 6 months ago before I have to turn myself in. I am forever grateful for all he has done for me and while I am confident I will never have to have him defend me again (because I have learned my lesson), he would be the 1 and ONLY lawyer I would trust to have on my side! I was referred to Mr. Pagan by a dear friend of mine when my ex and I separated and I was in need of a family law attorney. Right away, he took and interest in my case and sat with me for hours to explain my rights as an unwed mother in Miami and started the paternity case. My ex was being extremely difficult about letting me see our 2 yr daughter, and Mr. Pagan not only helped me with the case, but also gave me wonderful advice and reassured me in such a difficult time.
