I googled "Divorce Lawyers Miami, FL" and came across Jose Pagan. Jose was rated higher than most of the other lawyers that were listed and all the reviews I read, recommended to use him. I immediately called Jose and he offered a free consultation. After speaking with him for seven minutes, I knew that I was going to hire him to be my Divorce Lawyer. I told Jose that I lived in Boston, MA, but that did not affect his work quality. He emailed and faxed me all the documents that I needed and responded to all my emails and calls in a timely manner. Jose was on top of everything from the moment him and I spoke. When Jose was unavailable, his office followed up with me to ensure all was well. Jose showed empathy for my situation and did everything in his power to help me get divorced. Jose filed the papers, scheduled the court date, and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. Once I arrived to get divorced on the scheduled court date, I was divorced within 15 minutes. I don't know about you, but I have never been in and out of court within 15 minutes for any reason. Stop looking for another Lawyer, trust me, Jose Pagan is who you want!

Mr. Donnelly was appointed my counselor in a Federal case back in 2010. Even though he was not getting paid enough for such case. Terrance O'Sullivan represented me on a criminal case and the outcome was everything I could have hoped for. I contacted about a dozen attorneys and Mr. O'Sullivan was the best. He was completely honest and up front about what could happen and how he would go about giving me the best defense possible . He is always available , always answers calls or texts at all hours. When you hire someone to represent you in criminal court it can be somewhat difficult and nerve wrecking. I can't begin to express my gratitude towards Terrence. I would be in jail right now for sure sitting for a very long time if I chose another attorney to represent me but I am out and free against realistically all odds. If you are deciding on whether or not to retain the right attorney I hope this helps you make your decision. 1) HE WAS PROMPT AND QUICK TO RESPOND! This was a very important characteristic for me as I felt assured he was working on my case and really working hard to fight for my freedom. He kindly responded to every question I had for him at any time of the day offering me and assuring me the CORRECT and BEST legal advice. 2) HE is HONEST! The worst thing you can have in the world is have an attorney tell you what you want to hear. It builds false hope and makes you eager to pay which most attorneys tend to do. He will very quickly tell you that if an attorney can guarantee your final outcome that you should drop him immediately. 3) FINANCING PLANS Who doesn't want the best attorney to represent you in criminal court? We all want the best but sometimes the reality is that we can't afford one. We all want a nice house a nice car and the best material objects but most of the time we can't afford it. Terrence is one confident attorney. A trait you Dont normally see. He put me on a payment plan that was affordable and easy to work with. He won't harass you for money. He won't rip you off either. Put it this way. "You get what you pay for and more with Terrence". 4) He REALLY Cares. Damn I was shocked when this guy called me 2 months after I was released asking me how I was doing. We just had a small chit chat Like we were family and him calling to follow up with me was a blessing. 5) THE WAY YOU FEEL AROUND HIM AND HOW OTHERS WILL FEEL AROUND HIM. Dont let his relaxed semi casual attire fool you when you meet him at his office. This guy break necks when he walks into the courtroom in his dark navy suit. You can tell he's serious about business and right then and there you realize.... "Oh wow I have the best of the best representing me". That was exactly what I told myself on my court date. 6) TWO ATTORNEYS ARE BETTER THAN ONE I believe part of the reason why Terrence is so good at what he does is because of his wonderful wife. She is also a criminal attorney that acts behind the scenes probably at his office both putting their heads together to get you out of that hellhole situation you are in. He refers to her as his "partner" but really he means "my secret weapon into getting you out". When you hire Terrence you just hired two attprneys. Its the best buy one get one free offer and trust me you won't find this deal in publix. I did my best to be honest about my experience with him. Retain him and you'll understand.

I took a chance as there was some wreckage from my past. I called the office after reading some of the other reviews, Paul Donnelly was very helpful, informative and I could tell right away that he knew exactly what needed to happen to make this thing go away. Paul and his staff were on top of the situation right from the very beginning. I felt very at ease with the process. I had contacted a few other places and felt like I was being taken advantage of. Paul Donnelly gave me direct upfront information and within a few days this was no longer a thorn from the past. I would highly recommend Mr. Donnelly to anyone who needs a attorney that is honest, effective and just plain great at what he does!! My family was extremely pleased with his work!! I tried to file Bankruptcy over two years ago with the legal aide of Dade county the lawyer that initially accepted my case then stated that he would not be able to handle my case due to the fact that he was representing some of my creditors and he was going to send my case back to the legal aide. Two years later still nothing I decided to call them again this time I was referred to Mr. Antonio Pagan and It was a whole different Experience. He called me the same day that I was referred to him which was on a Friday afternoon and set the expectations of what he was going to do and the time frame where we would have everything taken care of for me. On Monday Morning he gave me a call which was shocking because a lot of lawyers I’ve dealt with would not call and get thing started this quick which showed me that he was really willing to help me and get this situation handled in a timely manner. Immediately he started on my case which he was doing free of charge because it was thru the legal aide. Long story short my case was taken care of in a month with court date and all. This is one of the best Law firms I have dealt with and will refer anyone to Mr.Pagan he didn’t try to get any extra money out of me for any unnecessary lawyer charges. If I have another case I would defiantly not hesitate to give him a call again. He was always available thru text or phone call he was on Vacation and told me if I needed anything don’t hesitate to call him.
