Rich represented me in an injury claim against one of the major Miami-based cruise lines. The litigation process was very difficult and we were faced with numerous obstacles. No matter what was thrown our direction, he saw everything through. He displayed a strong work ethic coupled with empathy from the beginning through mediation, where we did reach settlement with the cruise line. Rich clearly has a passion for what he does and helping his clients. If I had to go through this horrible process again, Rich would still be in the running for hire as my counsel. Recommended.

Rich was my lawyer in a personal injury claim against a Miami based cruise line. He did a superb job. As soon as I hired Rich, he walked me through a plan of action and followed it while keeping me apprised on all the major issues along the way. Mr. Rusak handled a claim for me against a major cruise line. In the beginning he seemed to have care and have a genuine interest in helping. As time progressed, he was not keeping me as informed of things as he was in the beginning. I had to contact him on multiple occasions to find out what was going on. A client has the right to know what is going on with their case. He was doing what he needed for the case, but didn't seem much interested in me as his client through this very tough process. Mr. Rusak is very knowledgeable, but having under 10 years experience, I would personally recommend an attorney with more experience for difficult claims. My claim did reach settlement before court. But it was rushed and premature. I found out after that my claim was worth much more. Perhaps as Mr. Rusak matures in this industry, he will gain a sense of compassion toward his clients. He has been named a rising star, so he has apparently done good stuff according to his industry peers. I do wish him the best.
