I’ve had a great experience with Mr. Pagan in my mediation process. He was understanding and patient enough to listen to our extended hours together. I contacted Antonio Pagan about representing me in a family matter. After a short consultation, he sent me an engagement email and request a $5,000 retainer. After that I tried to contact him via text and email for 1 week with no reply. This guy does not have the decency nor respect to return my text or email to advice me if he does not want to take my case. This was a big RED flag. It appeared to me that he did not have time to take my case. Whenever I tried to initially contact him, he was not available always telling me he was in a meeting. Thus, he did me a favor to look for a lawyer who I believe has time for me and my case. And at this point, I would never hire him in fear he could jeopardize my case by delaying it. Once I posted this review, he immediately contacted me via text requesting I remove this review. This proved he was receiving my text messages for one week and intentionally ignored them knowing that I had an urgent matter. And I advised him that this review will not be removed as it is the truth of what transpired.

Andrew Smallman just made a difference in the life of my family. Even before he won the case (he did), and even though it was one of those cases in which people roll their eyes and don’t believe you’re innocent because they’re so used to people being guilty… Even so, he worked to win. He was fair, supportive, no nonsense, responsible and responsive. Never condescending. Easy to reach. Flexible. And when the time came, he didn’t care what anyone had pre-judged. He gathered the facts and went in ready to fight and do his best. I can’t believe it’s so rare for an attorney to fight hard even for a small case. But it is. Not Andrew. Hire him. Hire him.
