Michael is beyond a good attorney! He's absolutely amazing, the BEST by far. I've had my fair history of criminal cases and different lawyers but once I found Michael, I tell you I haven't looked back, he is the lawyer I call for any case! I feel like most lawyers do what they want or what they are kind of programmed to with certain cases but Michael on the other hand does such a good job at listening to his client and what they want and how they would like resolve the issue and does everything in his power for it to be that way. He is honest and realistic with you as well, and before retaining him he is more than willing to answer any questions and give you his advice on the matter. This is not the lawyer you pay and never hear from again! Any time I need to contact him it does not take more than 24 hours to get a response. His entire office does a great job on keeping you updated every step of the way. Nothing happens that you don't know about. I am so grateful for Michael and his commitment and dedication to defend his client till the end. You don't need to worry about anything once he is on your side because believe me he is extremely knowledgeable about the system and beyond experienced. I have also seen the benefits of having an ex prosecutor as a defense attorney as well, he is well rounded and knows what goes on, on both sides and is great at negotiating the best deal always! My son got into some trouble working in Miami in 2014. We live in Tallahassee Florida. He has since had a child and trying to get his life on the right track. I am so lucky to have chose Mr. Michael Mirer. Hands down the best lawyer i'v ever had the privilege of working with. Michael Mirer knows his business well. He knows and uses the loopholes in the justice system in the favor to his clients. Mr. Mirer also knows all the key players that can make difference in your case. He is very well respected in the law community. I also am a busy man and have lots of pressure to never get a criminal record. I had 6 counts of felony possession and possession of paraphernalia. skillfully he, Mr. Mirer was able to drop 5 counts and throw away the paraphernalia. for those of you that don't know these charges which seem harmless enough are actually quite serious.I thought it was going to be a breeze to get through this, but on the contrary those charges carry some serious consequences. through Mr. Mirers knowledge and connections he was able to get me an unbelievable deal. 1 day probation, that ended as soon as I was done with court and best of all, no criminal record. I can't afford a criminal record, I work with real estate and in the medical field and lots of other aspects of my life that I can't have a record for. I own a home that part of my conditions at my buIlding is that I have to have a clean record to live there, if not they can kick me off the board and have an order for me to leave. I have never seen an attorney work so hard to save face for his clients. I'v had done extensive reading on the subject and my plea was an amazing one. Even the judge told me that the court is being extremely lenient on me. I Truly appreciate all the hard work Mr. Mirer has put in for myself and my Codefendant. Mr. Mirer turned out to be the best lawyer I have ever worked with. My charges were a felony drug possession+ parephernelia possession. Technically, I had three options: accept a guilty plea with one day of probation with no record, a trial or a drug court - ugh..I was extremely tempted to take a plea and get it over with. But Mr. Mirer stressed to me the significance it would play for my immigration status( I am a permanent resident). So the plea was not an option anymore. Amazingly, Mr. Mirer was able to work out a miracle. He got me a pretrial intervention program with only two conditions-to finish, a 30 day treatment program I was already 3 weeks into voluntarily and not to be rearrested in the next 6 months after which my case will be dismissed. When I came to PTI program, the intake coordinator told me I was not eligible for this program until they notice the DA signature. That means they have no choice but except me. It's unheard of for a drug case to get PTI. Mr. Mirer made an possible possible. He truly cares for his clients. For him it would be easier if I accepted the plea and case is over. But he took his time to show up at court to get me the best possible outcome. There is no words to describe how happy and grateful I am to Mr. Mirer for his amazing job. Thank you so much.

Michael Mirer and his staff deserve more than 5 stars. I chose him to represent me based on reviews I read online and my first visit with him. I'm glad I made the BEST decision. He is very knowledgeable, honest, dedicated, and will work diligently to reach the best outcome in your case. He's very nice and approachable, he truly has your best interest at heart. I was facing a 25 year mandatory sentence. I had an attorney I used prior, but the severity of the current case warranted a second opinion, and I needed reassurance of the cases current direction. All I can say is God lead me to Michael. From the very beginning Michael was willing to speak with me freely without commitment. After speaking with him and retaining him, I and my family felt we had a better fighting chance to get through the case. I have read that choosing an ex prosecutor as your attorney has no benefit. I can tell it surely did in my case. Michael was able to gear the outcome of the State’s actions with uncanny certainty. The DA and judge seem to trust Michael as they have probably worked with him on both sides of the isle. Michael was also able to work with me on the fees setting up a payment plan without the nickel and dime thing. Both Michael and his staff were very professional, keeping me updated on any events regarding my case, and were always able to speak with me if I had any questions. I cant say enough good things about Michael and his staff. Michael is like the specialist you go to after your primary doctor tells you have a life threating illness. My case was dismissed by the way. 

Very reliable attorney. Always available when needed. If I could rate him above 5 stars I would. Having him represent you is something you would not regret. Many attorneys make promises that they can't keep just to get this client. This was never the case with Attorney Mirer. I would recommend him to anyone I know needing outstanding legal representation.
