I highly recommend this law firm to everyone who gets spam messages. I love how amazing and professional the attorneys are. Debora was the first to assist me, she was so attentive and polite. I appreciate how straightforward and honest the staff are and their willingness to help me.

5*! You know why? Because Andrew Shamis had resolved a spam case in my favor within a few months. I was extremely suspicious about starting this case and hiring a lawyer. Like any knowledgeable person, the first thoughts i had in my head after receiving a contract were: "lawyers' services are expensive.. it's probably not going to work...i'll have to pay an insane fee at the end... what am i getting myself into... " But everything worked perfectly fine, no out of pocket expenses, and i'm getting a settlement check. Andrew is very professional, nice and responded to all my calls and text messages right away. I would highly recommend their services! Oh, and the stuff in their office is very nice, and helpful and they don't bite :) Thank you!

Dustin is an amazing attorney. He was very compassionate towards my son’s case from the initial consultation. He guided us, and gave insightful advice in helping him overcome the issues he was going through. My child was going to face time in prison, and he fought to get him another outcome. To say I am thankful for him saving my son’s future is an understatement. He is a very kind attorney and I recommend him to anybody who is considering hiring him.

Like everyone else I was getting annoyed with the overwhelming amount of spam texts I was receiving when I heard a radio commercial for the "Spam Text Attorney". Andrew worked my case and was excellent. I highly recommend contacting them if you are tired of receiving these texts and want to do something about it.

Once again Shamis & Gentile prevailed against the sender of an unwanted text. This is my 2nd win against a company who blows up my cell phone. I was skeptical at first, Never have been lucky with anything but this actually turned out better so I was really amazed and happy to leave a good review! I received a marketing text one day than shortly after I was listening to the radio and took down the number for the text message attorneys. I simply forwarded a screen shot of the message and Andrew contacted me the next day. It took about 2 months but I did receive $2,500. The original ad was $500- $1,500 so I made more than planned. Really was simple and Andrew was awesome to work with. 5 star great job!
