Wow. Mr. Cooper is absolutely wonderful. Not having much experience on the law side of things, I felt as if I was lost and hopeless. Mr. cooper answered every phone call and text. They are horrible from start to finish. They made careless errors. For the silly typos, I want to ensure that the following points are noted: There were incorrect data entries regarding my child's date of birth. Despite my efforts to have this corrected, the issue was not addressed. Additionally, there were instances of incorrect billings and overbilling. They charged me over $600 for just a seat in an office, but when I arrived for a meeting, it was already canceled. Additionally, they pressured me to leave my recently started job to attend a mediation that was also canceled, and then they charged me for it. During the mediation, the attorney arrived late and even charged me for the time she spent texting me about her delay. Additionally, there was a breach of client confidentiality. When I raised these issues with Fritznie, they were not resolved, and it was confirmed that my rights were violated. As a result, I terminated their services, but they immediately placed a lien on the marital household and charged me for firing them. My advice is to avoid hiring them unless you have $19K to spare. They unnecessarily complicated my divorce proceedings and inflated the billable hours by filing frivolous documents.
