She showed a genuine concern in my needs and was very personable. Throughout the process I received multiple updates informing me of any changes. It was very convenient and thoughtful to get the updates and not have to call and ask. Definitely felt like I received the Best Customer Service. I had a wonderful experience working with this fabulous group of people. I came to Jarbath Pena Law Group after having very poor representation from another lawyer. I was seeking a divorce. The divorce process went on for about 8 months with my other lawyer. I could not understand why it was taking so long. Jarbath Pena Law Group was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I had spoken with Fritznie and told her about my concerns and confusion. During the consultation she gave me all the information I needed. I felt so much more knowledgeable on what was going on that I decided to switch lawyers. I did not feel pressured or forced in doing so either. Fritznie had me divorced in less than a month. I was arrested for some serious state crimes, I actually thought my life was over and fun fact is that I never commit the crimes. He took my case to arraignment today and had it dismissed with flying colors. He might be young, but he is a damn good lawyer, he stays in contact with his clients making sure they are okay and is like almost like a great friend. Now I'm starting to feel like going to law school. I will never forget him, and if my family or friends ever face issues with the law, I will definitely call Richard.
