Mi nombre es octavio herrada fuy representado por la firma simon trial por una lesion de accidente de caida le agradesco el buen trabajo que hicieron prinsipalmente al abogado quintana muy atento y profecional todos son muy amables siempre dispuesto a resolver cualquier pregunta tambien le agradesco a erika que estuvo siempre respondiendo mis llamadas una persona muy atenta al igual que todo el equipo muchas gracias a todo el personal por el buen trabajo que hacen "gracias"

I had a pretty significant injury from a trip and fall. I was told from the get go there was a 90% chance it would be thrown out by a judge. Simon Trial Firm conducted the case as if it had a 100% chance of winning. The staff, so nice and knowledgeable, guides you through all the steps. As you progress you change staff members who give you 100% of their scheduled time with you. They talk with you the day before, the day of about an hour before and afterwards give you a synopsis of their view of the event. You are then told what contact is forth coming. Each team member makes you feel prepared and comfortable. They are either clairvoyant or so good at what they do that at the end you know it's time to collect your chips, smile and say Thank you to each & everyone of YOU.

I was recommended to the Simon Trial Law Firm due to a critical accident. I must say, when I first spoke with Ron Simon, I felt that I was in the hands of a true pro, Not An Ambulance Chaser! From the beginning to the end of the process along with Ron and his masterful associates, Kyle, Brittany and Jennifer by my side every step of the process I felt I was in the hands of legal gods. Not being a pest, I just let them work their magic with no needed calls to find out the status. Rather than a firm that is swift, and televised, the Simon Trial Firm worked slowly and methodically achieving satisfaction I never would have imagined. I first want to say that if there would be more stars, I would give them. This firm has been anything but amazing since the very first phone call I made. They’re a very knowledgeable, reputable and a wonderful firm. They make a great team and made sure I felt they genuinely care for my health and well being. They represented me with professionalism until the end and beyond. I definitely recommend them 💯% Simon, the lead lawyer was very personable, wise very straight forward and made sure I felt comfortable through the process. Kyle, he is a wonderful, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and down to earth lawyer. He represented me and walked with me all the way until the end. He would answer to my emails and phone calls right away so did everyone else. I never felt in the dark though it was a lengthy process. Jennifer is an awesome person who worked with all my bills and made magic happen. To all the Simon Trial Team of professionals, I want to thank them for representing me professionally yet making me feel comfortable through the process.. I never doubted that they were going to win my case and I want to again recommend them. Simon said when he called me to give me the good news, Don’t think you’re lucky, it’s some of what you deserve for all you went through and he’s right. Ty guys, you are all amazing!
