I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Florida Family and Probate Lawyers. We hired this firm to handle my mother's probate case a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, we have encountered several issues in the years following, particularly with the transfer of my mother's estate to my brother and me. Recently, I have been trying to contact Anwar Hadid, the attorney who handled my mother's case, for several months. Despite sending at least five emails and making several phone calls to their office, I have received no response. Each time I called, I was assured that someone would get back to me, but three months later, I have yet to hear from anyone. I am simply requesting a document needed to complete a property transfer to my name. The lack of communication and responsiveness from Anwar Hadeed and the firm’s staff has been incredibly frustrating. On my last call, I asked to speak with an office manager or someone who could assist me, but I was told that they were unavailable and very busy. The unprofessional conduct and poor work ethic displayed by Anwar Hadeed and the firm are unacceptable. Just because the payment for services has been completed does not justify neglecting clients and failing to fulfill their responsibilities. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend Florida Family and Probate Lawyers based on the lack of service and communication I have encountered.

Dealing with a legal separation involving minors is incredibly stressful, and it’s even worse when you feel taken advantage of by those who are supposed to support you. If you have the chance, please look for a different law firm. This firm does the bare minimum for you and charges exorbitant fees. I was advised that this firm operates more like a factory, and they are rarely aware of the specifics of your case. The legal assistant is ineffective, often forcing you to contact the lawyer directly. However, I cannot complain about the lawyers themselves. Both Brenda and Valeska have shown they are more than qualified to render legal services. Unfortunately, the firm as a whole is a disaster. The only time they communicate with you is to charge you unmerited fees. If you don’t meticulously track your own payments, they will exploit this. There is a severe lack of organization, and it often feels like no one is actually working on your case. If you are seeking legal aid, avoid this place. You end up doing your job as a lawyer and still get billed for it. I have had to prepare my counter-responses and organize my evidence. The assistant is nonexistent and never available to give you an update. Court dates are often communicated at the last minute. It’s truly disheartening.
