We hired Sam to represent us in a rental dispute. He charged us a fortune to write a basic two page demand letter - which he wrote at the rate of 5 words per minute, according to the itemized billing we received! Adding insult to injury, after having charged us handsomely for this basic template letter, he declined to represent us any further; claiming that the circumstances of our case had changed (while they hadn't). One could easily think he was in cahoots with opposing counsel as he also delayed the sending of the overcharged demand letter in what was a very time sensitive matter. We had no choice but to fire Sam. Avoid Mr. Gittle at all costs.

Mr. Gittle effectively represented me when a personal Injury Complaint was filed with the court forcing me on the defense. Mr. Gittle looked at the physical evidence and my statement of events and responded back to the complaint with a detailed response. Mr. Gittle also developed a counter claim describing the compensation I was entitled to and was asking for. Through Mr. Gittle's tireless effort, he was able to resolve my case at the lowest level by meeting with all attorneys involved and convincing them that their client had no case and that the Plaintiffs should agree to a mutual dismissal of complaints. Samuel Gittle took my case to remove unlawful occupants on my property. We discussed the process and the timeframe required to resolve the situation. All documents were expeditiously filed, and the case was adjudicated in the shortest possible timeline. Throughout it all, Samuel made himself available to answer any questions and to provide updates on the progress of the case. Thanks to his efforts, the case was resolved in my favor. More importantly, Samuel’s gave me peace of mind, which, given the circumstances, was welcomed. Not that I am looking to have a repeat of this experience, but I would not hesitate to retain Samuel and EPGD again.
