DO NOT HIRE THIS OFFICE, THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND CROOKS!! If you want to pay thousands of dollars and then do your green card application yourself, then do it !! I hired them in 2020. I saw Ms. Santana that one time when she was “closing the deal” with me, and never again till this day did I see her or even speak to her on the phone, EVER. It was always some paralegal, always a different person. When I saw her that one time, she told me we will not send my green card application together with the I-360 WAVA because it’s better that way, she said if my I-360 gets denied then my green card will be denied too… Then my WAVA got approved and they told me I have to pay ANOTHER $3000 for the green card. When I asked what is the reason they ask so much money (this is me talking to some lady in finances, they didn’t even give me the decency of putting me on the phone with a lawyer or someone who knows law), she was annoyed that I was asking too much questions, practically tried to coerce me into paying them money. I ENDED UP DOING MY OWN GREEN CARD APPLICATION!!!!!! I also ended up noticing that a lot of the documentation that I sent to the office in support of my case, they never forwarded to the immigration. SLOPPY AND IRRESPONSIBLE!!’ Santana Rodriguez will LIE to your face, and try to take advantage of people who have no one, are not from this country and don’t know the law, and will try to cheat you into paying thousands of dollars without any good explanation! BEWARE!!!!!!!
