WORST TREATMENT RECEIVED EVER!!!! I found this firm online while looking for a workers compensation attorney after suffering a TBI Traumatic Brain Injury on the Job. During the initial phone conversation with Isabel Amaro she appeared to be concerned and made me feel like she actually cared. But that was only to get me to come in for an appointment When the following week I made the effort and risked driving 40 min from Broward county with the pain of my injury she wasn’t present. I was told she was in court and this other attorney Elizabeth Estrada said she could replace Isabel. So I had to tell the story of the trauma all over again and that wasn’t well received on my part. Elizabeth behavior towards me was demeaning and disrespectful. She ignored my emails and and was never available. That is incompetence period. Considering the invisibility of my wounds my emotions were running high and I was crying due to the trauma…I remember asking out loud, if this Workers Comp law was a curse or a blessing? She looked at me stupefied. I was belittled and treated with disdain and indifference. I was quickly deferred to the assistant Maria who was equally dismissive and rude. These people aren’t fighting for the injured at all, as far as what I have experienced in person, they ARE ADDING INSULT TO INJURY LITERALLY. This form of abuse of ones authority when they have the upper hand is NOT acceptable. This is why I am speaking out now. This workers comp law is “INHUMANE”. And the attorneys that practice it know it but do it anyway cause its lucrative for them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL. THEY ARE MOTIVATED BY GREED NOT COMPASSION.
