Tbh, I’m not quite sure why people have left such poor reviews or claiming the good reviews are people he knows. For one, we did not know Troy before our case. Secondly, when you hire an attorney, an IMMIGRATION attorney at that! It’s not going to be cheap, so OF COURSE, you’re going to have to PAY! Secondly, my husband & I have been dealing with Troy going on 2.5 years now. Something to consider for ppl reading whether you’re researching this firm or any other immigration law firm. #1, if you have a complicated case where you’ve either been deported, have a rap sheet as long as my forearm, don’t have enough down payment up front or you choose not to give your lawyer ALL the information about your situation up front & HONESTLY, yes it’s gonna be a bumpy ride. Plus, you cannot expect someone to read minds. If you’re dealing with a complicated case with sum1 who’s been deported & has a lengthy record, do you really think it’s going to be $1,200 & boom! you’re done? Uhh yeahnoooo… 2ndly, if you’ve been able to work out things as far as payment, stick to what you say you’re going to do; because everybody knows we want the same thing in return from the clients perspective. As for our dealings, Troy as always been responsive and receptive of both mine & my husband’s questions/concerns. If I called or textd & he didn’t reply within 2 seconds, cool. He’d always ALWAYS reply the next day, and sometimes it’d be on the weekend & he’d still respond! He guided us through each process, explained the things we didn’t quite understand, gave us advice from his experience of dealing with USCIS & the NVC & has just been an overall great attorney. And YES! we had to PAY! You’re paying for someone’s time, services, education, experience & knowledge & it ain’t cheap! That being said. Having an attorney that specializes in complicated cases & WINS them when you have such an uncomplicated case is one of the best decisions we’ve made. So, all in all. As I stated, quality doesn’t come cheap. My husband and I appreciate everything that he’s done & we cannot WAIT until the day we walk off that plane together. It’s coming! 🇯🇲🙏🏼🇺🇸
