I was referred by a friend to this law group. I called the week of Thanksgiving 2023. Was trying to get Power Of Attorney of my brother. I called and told my story. Made an appointment for a consultation. I apologize...I live in NY and my brother lives in Florida. So I left my number and email. Never received the phone call. Was just going to find another lawyer. But I decided to call and see why I didn't get a phone call. The lady I spoke with this time said they didn't have my phone number. Well I left my email too. But I made another appointment. Received a phone call this time. Went over everything. They requested information on my end. I asked the lady for and email on the information I needed to get and she agreed. Haven't heard from anybody since. Got another lawyer.
