Mr. Weiss worked extremely hard to assist my son and I in resolving some erroneous and false information given to the tax assessors office. This false information would have led to my son's family and my husband and I being homeless. You cannot use any lawyer for property rights issues. It took me a year and I saw Mr. Weiss name where he helped another family successfully. I said " I am calling Daniel Weiss. Also my son and I learned so much on this issue of homestead exemption and the importance of having a SMART and COMPETENT attorney on your side.
