Dan is experienced, smart, and skilled. Last year I asked him a technical question about esoteric issue I was researching involving a 1984 decision. Off the top of his head Dan knew the case, clarified the issue, and answered my question. He know his stuff.

Dan Weiss puts his experience working inside of city government to work for private citizens who are property owners. I've consulted him a few times and he always as all the right questions and the law at the tip of his tongue.

I have hired Dan several times over the past 10 years and obtained positive results each time we worked together. More specifically, I engaged Dan's services, to address real estate tax matters whereby, in my opinion, the appraiser's assessment of my real estate taxes were over-stated for various reasons. Each time I hired Dan, he achieved the results that we were hoping to obtained. For anyone having an issue regarding "over-stated" real estate taxes, Dan will provide open and candid advice.
