Jason and Anisley are one of the best decisions someone can make given the situation. They are knowledgeable, transparent, proactive and communicate with their clients. I have dealt with other attorneys in the past and I’m always frustrated because you don’t get information or you have to chase the attorney and staff down that’s not the case with them.

Elizabeth Schwartz probably doesn't need this review, but she is a legend for good reason. She prepared a sperm donor agreement for me when i considered using a known donor for ivf. She was patient and attentive when I described my concerns and assuaged all of them. She allowed me to ask all 20 of my very stupid questions and answered them all, putting me at ease. She also offered me some free advice about known donors that ended up being prescient. The agreement was exactly what I needed., but consulting with Elizabeth was where the real magic happened. Use her. Don't delay.

Going through any legal case is a very difficult thing to endure for yourself as well as those you love. We got in contact with Liz for our surrogacy project. As a french gay couple living in France it was key for us to have a good US lawyer as the administrative process to respect for getting all the required documents (birth certificate, adoption order) is quite complex and stressful. Liz not only handled everything very professionally but she also advised us when we faced some issues with our fertility clinic and the hospital.
