Excellent lawyet

Our twin girls has cerebral palsy caused from medical malpractice. Mr. Patel never stopped fighting for us. We never thought we would ever get the hospital and doctors to pay for what they did to our children. However, Mr. Patel was able to force them to do the eighth thing and pay up. We ended up receiving a settlement that will take care our children long after we are gone.

Mr Cholobel called us to finish a job at his property that someone had already started and walked away from. I wonder why. When we obliged to help him in this situation he offered to hire the employees directly at a daily wage( not once but twice) in an attempt to undercut the company. Finally, he persuaded the workers to do work outside the scope. When we objected he used the final payment as leverage to exploit our services. Extremely unscrupulous and unethical. I hope he doesn’t run his law firm or represents his clients the way he conducts himself.

I have known ricky for a long time. I had an issue with a customer of mine who owed me $26,434 for more than a year. I tried everything to get the customer to pay. It took ricky 4 days to push my former client to not only pay the full amount but also interest on it. Hands down ricky can do anything.

He is not just a great attorney, he is a very caring individual that makes people like us feel comfortable when we have our back against the wall.

I was being accused of a violation at my university. Instead of the school listening to me, they suspended me from Football. I hired Mr. Ricky to help me like he has helped other football players. Within a few months he took care of everything. He showed the university and NCAA that they did their investigation wrong. I would refer him to anyone who needs help.

Ricky patel has handled an extortion case for one of my athletes. I am a sports agent that deals with attorneys every day. However, I have yet to see someone as creative and confident as Ricky. He was able to take care of a very delicate situation without any ramifications. His fees are not cheap, but he is worth every penny.

While there are a lot of attorneys who are solely out there for financial gain, especially in South Florida, Ricky is one of the few attorneys that I know who love the law and practice law for the sake of helping people. Moreover, as a fellow attorney, I know a lot of attorneys who under no uncertain circumstances would I feel comfortable referring a case. Ricky, on the other hand, is one of a handful of attorneys that I would actually refer to an immediate family member.

My husband and I were notified that our two year old son has cerebral palsy. We didn't know who to contact or where to get information. We were referred by another attorney In Miami to call Ricky Patel. I am so glad we reached out to him. He has visited my family multiple times to make us feel comfortable. He is great with my son also! We now understand what caused this condition. I can't say enough good things about him. We are glad our Son will finally get the care he needs for the rest of his life.
