My brother was going to loose his green card and get deported. It was a very hard case, but Alicia helped him keep his green card. She is an amazing Lawyer and has a great team. Highly recommend her. She is there for you every step of the way. Always returns calls, emails or texts promptly, and answers all your questions.

I am EXTREMELY HAPPY that I have chosen Alicia Morgan Attorney. :) I have received a letter from USCIS request for evidence after filing I-751 form by myself 14 months earlier to remove conditions from my 2 years green card. USCIS wanted more evidence that my marriage was bona fide. I actually had consultations with 3 different immigration attorneys and the other two did not satisfy me at all. They either went through my documents too fast or talked to me very shorty about next steps skipping many of my questions. ALICIA was very detailed about everything. She asked me so many questions to see my case clearly. She told me exactly what other documents I have to collect for USCIS. She is very organized and you feel that she cares about you! Very professional and I am highly recommending her! Also have to mention to Miriam her legal assistant was very knowledgeable and very professional and she was helping with every single questions I had and answered my text messages, phone calls right away. In January 2017, I had two family members detained by ICE when they presented themselves at the border seeking asylum. Highly recommended, Alicia Morgan is extremely smart, in my case i met with no paralegal just with her. She knows what she is doing and makes you feel very comfortable. She told me clearly all the paper work i needed to bring and where i could get the ones i was missing. She went over the Filing work with me to make sure everything was accurate and up to date.
