Alicia Morgan provided excellent advice on a rather simple question I had about the six-month rule for staying abroad with a green card. She clarified that while you can stay outside the USA for up to six months with a green card, if you plan to be outside the country for more than six months in a year, you must obtain a reentry permit. Additionally, she explained that you cannot simply stay outside for six months, return to the USA for a few days, and then go back abroad. I highly recommend her service.

Attorney Gennaro Cariglio also known as Jerry is definitely the go to person as a Criminal Attorney. My family experience with Attorney Cariglio began a while back. Starting from the first day we sat in his office and explained what my family member was being charged with, Attorney Cariglio stated the pros and cons we kept God first and trusted the process. Attorney Cariglio is an angel sent from God. His expertise, guidance, love and compassion with being a Criminal Attorney shows through his hard work and dedication. Nevertheless, the judge that was assigned to the case wasn't to be played with at all from what we've heard. If, I'm not mistaken Attorney Cariglio stated that my family member was his first client that hasn't been processed. Nobody but God🙏🏽🙏🏽. Attorney Cariglio made it possible for my family member to still be with family. Of course, their finances have been in shambles due to having to pay Attorney fees, court fees and restitution. With that being said, it could've been worse. We're so grateful for our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ for sparing my family member life, trials/ tribulations, Attorney Cariglio, our praying village along with our faith and remaining humble. Our overall experience with Attorney Jerry has been amazing.

Recientemente visité la dirección de la oficina de una firma de servicios de inmigración que encontré en Google. Mi objetivo era conocer las instalaciones y al personal antes de contratar sus servicios. Sin embargo, al llegar, me informaron que no se permitía la entrada a la oficina. Desde el lugar, llamé y una señora me respondió, explicándome que solo atienden por teléfono y que la primera consulta es exclusivamente telefónica. Le expresé mi interés en conocer las instalaciones y a las personas encargadas del proceso, ya que me parece fundamental saber a quién le voy a pagar para un proceso tan importante como el inmigratorio. Ella me comunicó que no era posible. Esta situación me parece muy inconveniente y poco confiable. Me preocupa que, al no poder visitar la oficina ni conocer al personal, me quede sin opciones claras de obtener información si no contestan por teléfono durante el proceso. En resumen, fue una experiencia muy negativa intentar contratar un servicio de inmigración con esta firma, ya que no me brindaron la confianza necesaria para proceder.

We have endured long waits because of the pandemic and finally after 4 years, we have my greencard approved. They are very knowledgeable about the whole immigration process.
