I hired Phil Revah with Edelboim Lieberman Revah Oshinsky Law firm to help with a somewhat complicated eviction situation I had with a tenant. Phil and his team were very professional and helped me throughout each step of the process. The case had a hearing that included the tenant in court. Phil was able to professionally state my case and quoted statutes that ended with a judgement in my favor. (This would not have went favorably if he were not well prepared.) I could not be happier with my decision to hire this law firm with this case. Although I have been through this process before with out representation hiring them ended up being the best decision I could have made with this case. I highly recommend their team to anyone looking for legal advice and will gladly use them again for future legal needs.

If I could give this firm 6 stars I would. I purchased a multi million dollar property and inherited an unwanted tenant. I called the main number and Phil Revah answered the phone. He was very professional and immediately explained to me what my options were. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and articulate when responding to the many questions I asked. I quickly decided to hire him and he was able to explain the process and the steps necessary to get the job done right. The results were quick and extremely favorable. In the end I got possession of my property in less then a month. I highly recommend this firm and Phil Revah. Don't go anywhere else, Mr. Revah is the best option.

Mr. Revah is very knowledgable and explained the situation clearly and remained in contact thoughout the entite process as im in california and could not be there in person. He helped me remove an eviction i had due to me moving out early. The process took less than a month. He’s a very dedicated lawyer and i recomend him to anyone needing an eviction lawyer.

I had a tenant in Broward county and tenant in Downtown Miami, and I needed to evict the Broward tenant, after they didn’t pay rent for 2 months. I also needed to evict the downtown miami tenant, because their lease expired and they refused to leave. I called this law firm and I spoke with Mr, Revah. Within 24 hours Mr. Revah files both evictions and we were successful in both cases. Mr. Revah’s law firm charge me a very reasonable fee for both cases. If I need to evict my tenants in the future, I would definitely use this law firm again.

I bought a property at a tax deed sale and the previous owner refused to leave the property. After I spoke to an attorney at this law firm, I was advised that what I needed to file was an “unlawer detainer action” and not an eviction because the former owner was not a “tenant.” So I hired these lawyers to file the case. We won the case very quickly and I got my property back.....we changed the locks 24 days after the lawyer filed the case. The lawyer was very experienced, worked very fast, and gave me good legal advice. I recommend this law firm, and specifically Phil Revah, for any issues regarding removing unwanted people from your property.

I spoke to attorney Phil Revah for a free consultation regarding my landlord tenant issue. A family member had problem with a tenant that was illegally airbnb'ing their property which was bought after a foreclosure sale. Mr. Revah was very knowledgeable. We retained Mr. Revah's as our attorney after our consultation over the phone and within 4 weeks we were able to successfully remove the unwanted tenant and recover money. A week after that, the Sheriff showed up and we changed the locks. I recommend this law firm for any issues with tenants. If I could give this law firm 6 stars I would. Professional and reliable. P.S. there are several lawyers in this firm. I would speak to Mr. Revah for any real estate or landlord tenant related legal issue
