He only cares about one thing, money. I hired this attorney to handle my child support case. I was nothing but dissappointed. They are highly unprofessional. Too many bad things to tell about this firm, but would be a waste of my precious time. Stay away. Look carefully when hiring an attorney, it will determine the outcome of your case. Mine was bad, sadly.

Medina Law firm is an office where you can feel safe and secure that your case is being handled with the upmost level of professionalism. Maria was amazing, she was always there to answer my questions and if she was busy she would ALWAYS get back within a timely manner. Having a team of attorneys that work together was amazing! I contacted the Medina Law firm to represent me regarding a family law issue. I couldn’t have been more impressed by Mr. Medina. He is a very personable, professional, and knowledgeable family attorney. I was impressed by the time he took to thoroughly understand my concerns and answer my questions. As part of my benefits at work, I have paid legal services. Mr. Medina went out of his way to make sure my out of pocket legal cost were minimal. Without a doubt, I would recommend Mr. Medina for anyone needing legal representation with a family law issue.

Went here for mediation... Medina is great but I left hurting. The other side knows the system and avoids being honest. I read online that mediation would help. Unfortunately, due to the way the family court system is settup with a confidentiality clause, the mediator is not allowed to discuss or speak about any details to the courts. That doesnt really help if you are dealing with a high conflict custody case as I am. However he is very personable, friendly and welcoming. He does his best to help the children's best interest. I wish he would of been or could be my childs Guardian Ad Litem instead. Wish he was given the authorization by the courts to report on the details during mediation, to advise for mental evaluation on abusive parents or to let the judge know if the children should have a GAL on their side. My impasse was unfair but in no way the fault of Dr. Medina or his very respectable firm, as the other party is immorally selfish and determined to be controlled by criminal proceedings inevitably. Lots of good wishes and not enough time. Cheers to better days Mr. Medina and thank you for your professionalsm & undisputably good manners on behalf of my children and I.

Evidenced by a few reviewers here, some cases, and the people who bring them, are losers. Speaking from vast legal experience and my deep knowledge of Mr. Jose Medina and his work ethic, the mediocre reviews here are misplaced internet rage. He has been practicing law for MANY years and understands the cases that come through the door. On occasion, he even used to do telephone consultations for free! I have witnessed him settle cases between individuals having a fallout without even going to court, saving them thousands, and prepare their agreement from scratch right on the spot. These are the insights that Mr. Medina brings to the table. He brings options. Sometimes, people cant put their money where their mouth is or can't get over the hatred they have not for someone they once loved. This is world shattering for those people and my heart goes out to them. They should have thought about the financial implications of marriage before jumping in the fire. For the sake of online reviewing, let's keep it professional so we can tell it how it is without slander. I have worked with attorneys for over 15 years and I still have yet to meet someone as kindhearted and hard working as Jose and his family. Cheers.

Jose and his staff are great people. My family used them as a guardian for child custody. And they made sure to look out for my son's best interest. They made sure to look at every aspect of the situation. They leave no stone unturned. Sometimes it might take time to get a clear picture of what things really are. But be patient. They really have the child's best interest at heart.

He was a lifesaver, I hired Mr. Ramos to help me with a long and drawn out Probate Estate case. He listened to my concerns and counseled me on every option available under Florida State Law, he was extremely patient in his dealings with the Estate attorney who was difficult, which brought to me much needed relief having dealt with that attorney on my own for so long. Mr. Ramos was able to resolve my part of the case quickly, he kept me up to date on everything and it did not matter the time of day, he was available to answer any question or concern I had. He fought for me, without his help I would have not achieved the outcome I desired.
