The attorney that helped was good and explained all the information. The “manager” not only hanged up the phone while i was trying to resolve an issue but i call back and there is no response. My package never got delivered and they want me to pay again a fee to re deliver it. Poor customer service, they should seriously fire her.

This place use to be a place that i could recommend but now it’s a full blown circus, a lawyer office with no lawyer’s on staff to assist with a client’s needs.

Very user friendly web-site explaining the many business types, very reasonable rates of incorporation and good explanation of the advantages of registering a business in the many different states listed. Good customer support, phone support, mailed letters of new business trends, audio podcasts to expand business education in the ever changing environment of today, great service. Very highly recommend.
