SOLD ME ON A PRODUCT THAT DOESNT EXIST AND COSTS MORE AND NOW THEY WANT MORE MONEY TO "FIX" THE ISSUE THAT THEY SOLD ME ON AND PAID EXTRA FOR. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ON THE PHONE OR EVEN AN EMAIL BACK. They assisted us with our LLC and are non profit. Very patient and very knowledgeable. Always available when you need them for assistance and advice.

My attorney for 30 years. They really do more than just set up corporations. I needed somebody to help me out of a serious legal matter they were able to take on the case for less than 1/2 of what the other attorney was charging me. Become a member of their Club it's like a hundred forty bucks a year and you get all the free legal advice you want. What a cheap insurance policy. I am so glad that I have them on my side.

I opened a LLC with this law firm. Pros: Cheap service and the lawyer was very nice to talk to. Cons: I talked to a fat lady on the phone who was very rude when I tried to ask for an update. I am 100% sure her behavior towards me had to do with seeing a French name and hearing a Haitian accent. She hung up on me when I asked her a simple question. I understand the connotation that comes with being Black and Haitian in Miami and I am 100% proud of my heritage and where I came from. People usually tend to very judgemental and racist. That lady is a stain and a raccoon eye to this wonderful law firm. I can tell she is lazy, incompetent and very judgemental. I also heard her crackling in the background when I called back. I am not being mean towards her but I want to put it out there so she can get some self reflection and re-evaluate the person she is. I called back and another wonderful lady was able to locate my company info in less than 1 minute. I wish I had gotten this wonderful lady first and the experience would have been 5 stars. I have more LLCs to open and I will definitely use their services without having to talk to that rude lady again, hopefully.

Only time you speak to an actual lawyer is if it requires them getting money. Can't even ask a simple question about your business unless you walk in smh...
